You perform a Disaster Recovery restore to move from an older server to a newer server as the ePO host. After the restore, the DLP Appliance Management page does not load. When the user tries to navigate to the DLP Appliance Management page, only a spinning icon is seen and the page never successfully loads.
Cause
The DLP Appliance Management or Common Appliance Management extensions might be corrupted.
SolutionThe extension must be replaced in the system to resolve the issue.
