Summary
We announce the End of Life (EOL) for the following ACC versions. As of the EOL date, we'll no longer provide technical support for the product version.

We're announcing the EOL of these versions to deliver better support and customer-requested features on the newer versions of the product. We apologize for any disruption caused and are committed to delivering continued support through the EOL process. We're also limited in our ability to support older operating systems, such as Server 2008 and Windows XP, because of a recent announcement by Microsoft. What's the timeline for the EOL? The EOL timeline is as follows:
Are any SKUs impacted by the EOL? The EOL doesn't affect any SKUs. What do I do with my existing ACC 8.1, 8.0, and 6.2 deployments? See the migration table for the appropriate recommendations. These versions continue to be supported until September 30, 2022. Customers have bandwidth until September 30, 2022 to migrate or to purchase extended support. What does support look like for the impacted versions before and after the EOL date? We continue to provide the existing level of support until September 30, 2022.
