During an installation or upgrade, the installer copies the installation files to the
C:\Windows\TEMP\{432DB9E4-6388-432F-9ADB-61E8782F4593} directory. After the files are copied, the installer tries to run an
unzip operation, which causes the installation process to enter a hung state. The solidcore
installer.log file records entries similar to the following:
