To access the UEFI menu, create a bootable USB media:
When the problem is not present when you boot to the EFI shell, it indicates that the issue is with DE and not the vendor. In this situation, contact Technical Support. NOTE: Steps are only applicable to systems in EFI mode and not Legacy BIOS mode. To contact Technical Support, go to the Create a Service Request page and log on to the ServicePortal.
