When you run an ePO Update setup file, the update reports that it installs successfully. But, the cumulative update doesn't actually install. The methods below show if the ePO Update is successfully installed or not:
- Method 1
- Log on to the ePO console.
- Click the ePO Menu. The installed ePO Update is listed in the lower-left corner:

- Method 2
- Log on to the ePO console.
- Go to Server Settings.
- Click Server Information.

- Method 3
- Go to the ePO Installation folder. The default location is C:\Program Files (x86)\McAfee\ePolicy Orchestrator\DB.
- Search for the ePOupdaterinfo.txt file.
- Method 4
- Open SQL Management Studio.
- Run the following query:
select *from EPOInstalledUpdates
The query displays a list of installed updates.
NOTE: If the update isn't successful, the
UpdateStatus field shows
Failure.
