When you print sensitive information using a DLP Endpoint Printer Protection Rule, a 0-byte PDF file is created. The PDF file is blank or does not open.
Cause
Sometimes, the operating system and the third-party software might create a file container. They might create a file container even if the information specified as sensitive in the configured policy can't be transferred.
Solution
The product is working as designed.
