Problem
When the ePO Server or Remote Handlers use more than one Network Interface Card (NIC), it may result in a connection issue. The McAfee Agent (MA) on a managed client system might use the wrong IP address to connect to a Remote Handler or the ePO server. For example:
Solution
Configure client systems to use the correct IP address for the ePO server or Remote Agent Handlers that use more than one NIC. For client systems to know which IP address to use when connecting to the ePO server or Remote Agent Handlers, you must configure a Published IP address in the ePO console.
