Cloud Bridge (CB) Extension 1.3.0.104 ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) 5.10 Update 10 Trellix Active Response (TAR) 2.4.x Problem
After you upgrade ePO 5.10 to Update 10, you can't access the ePO CB and add new credentials. You see the error below when you try to open the ePO CB: Cause
The CB extension 1.3.0.104 is not compatible with ePO 5.10 Update 10. To obtain access to the ePO CB page to update your Cloud ePO credentials, open a Support case. To contact Technical Support, go to the Create a Service Request page and log on to the ServicePortal.
NOTE: The TAR Workspace feature depends on the CB extension 1.3.0.104. If you're using the Workspace function, you're recommended not to upgrade to ePO 5.10 Update 10. IMPORTANT: If your environment does not use the TAR cloud function (Workspace), and only uses the TAR real-time search, you can upgrade to ePO Update 10 with the supported TAR extension. Solution
This issue is resolved in ePO CB v 1.3.0 build 107. You can download this extension from the Software Catalog or from the Download side, and check it into the ePO server. Related Information
