No Threat Overview information is populated in Protection Workspace

Protection Workspace

Summary

In the Protection Workspace within the ePO console, the Threat Overview section isn't populated with any data.

This issue is seen when logged in with a non-admin account, even when the non-admin user has permissions to Threat Events and the System Tree.

The Threat Overview section is visible on the left, but the following items show 0:

Escalated Devices
Resolved Threats

NOTE: If you're logged in using an administrator account, the data is populated as expected.

Solution

This issue is resolved in the following Protection Workspace versions:

Protection Workspace extension: 1.0.0.1914
Protection Workspace-services: 1.0.0.1573
