Problem
You're unable to log on to the ePO console. The logon fails without producing any log information. This issue occurs when a Windows account that's not also a member of the local administrators group on the ePO server is used to connect to SQL. The Cause
The logged-on Windows account on the ePO server is not part of the Local Administrators group. It's a Microsoft requirement to ensure proper authentication to SQL when NT authentication is used. NOTE: If you use SQL Authentication to connect to the SQL Server, the above isn't needed. SolutionThe logged-on account must be added in the Local Administrators group on the ePO server when using NT authentication.
