DLP Endpoint does not block a hardware keylogger device that is connected inline between a keyboard and computer.
Cause
The device is not listed in Device Manager for the operating system. DLP Endpoint can't block devices that are not listed in the Device Manager.
SolutionThe device must display in Device Manager for DLP Endpoint to block it. Verify that the device displays in Device Manager:
