Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Endpoint – all supported versions

DLP Endpoint does not block a hardware keylogger device that is connected inline between a keyboard and computer.

The device is not listed in Device Manager for the operating system. DLP Endpoint can't block devices that are not listed in the Device Manager.

The device must display in Device Manager for DLP Endpoint to block it. Verify that the device displays in Device Manager:

Click Start, Run, type devmgmt.msc and click OK.
Verify that the device displays in the list. If it does, make sure that a Device Blocking rule has been created for it.
