NOTE: Currently, the DLP Outlook add-in shouldn't be deployed for users who have access to Outlook for both Windows and macOS.
For users who have access to Outlook for both Windows and macOS, the DLP Outlook addin must be deployed locally on macOS.
Steps to deploy the DLP Outlook addin locally:
- In Microsoft Outlook, go to Menu, Tools, Get Add-ins.
- On the left pane, click My add-ins,
- Click Custom add-ins.
- Click Add a custom add-in.
- Click Add from a file.
- Browse to the file path /usr/local/McAfee/DlpAgent/bin/outlook_monitor.bundle/dist/manifest.xml and click Install.
