The CB extension 1.3.0.104 is not compatible with ePO 5.10 Update 10.

To obtain access to the ePO CB page to update your Cloud ePO credentials, open a Support case.

• If you are a registered user, type your User ID and Password, and then click Log In.
• If you are not a registered user, click Register and complete the fields to have your password and instructions emailed to you.

NOTE: The TAR Workspace feature depends on the CB extension 1.3.0.104. If you're using the Workspace function, you're recommended not to upgrade to ePO 5.10 Update 10.

IMPORTANT: If your environment does not use the TAR cloud function (Workspace), and only uses the TAR real-time search, you can upgrade to ePO Update 10 with the supported TAR extension.
