EPO_SERVER_CPU_MEM_CHECK failed (Server Health check fails with Support Center 5.10.0.286)

ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) 5.10.x, 5.9.x
ePO Support Center (build 5.10.0.286)

Problem

Server Health check fails on the ePO Server.

The Orion log records the following error messages:

Cause

Support for 8.3 short names isn't enabled on the particular volume or folder where the ePO Support Center is installed.

Solution

Upgrade the extension. Download and check in the build Support Center 5.10.0.398.
