Replacement Field
The Delete script provided will remove entries from the SQL tables (as identified above) based only on the Data Subject input provided by the customer administrator. If the customer deletes or removes tables, product functionality will be adversely impacted.
It is the customer administrator’s responsibility to ensure that the input values entered into the sample scripts provided are correct.
Before deleting data that relates to a specific Data Subject, ensure that the Identify script is executed with the same input values, and that the data returned is validated before running an equivalent delete script with the same inputs.
We highly recommend that customers have a backup of the data before running the deletion script to ensure that the correct data has been deleted. The backup can be deleted after the deletion has been confirmed as successful.
NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for any loss of data due to alteration of the SQL scripts provided or input of incorrect data.
