USB initialization process is slow on Ventura 13.0, 13.1

When an exFAT-formatted USB is initialized on FRP-installed Ventura 13.0, 13.1 machines, a delay is observed in initializing the USB.

USB mounting as user mode (LiveFS) and not kernel mode leads to a performance issue in Apple API.

If you're on Ventura 13.0 or 13.1, upgrade to Ventura 13.2.

Use the following workaround once per endpoint if you're on Ventura 13.0 or 13.1, and haven't upgraded to Ventura 13.2:

Open a terminal on the Ventura machine.
Go to the FRP-installed location: /usr/local/McAfee/FRP/var.
Edit the frp_config_file.txt file using sudo – Remove "Not" from the beginning of the first line.
Save the file and exit.

NOTE: You don't need to restart any process.
Insert the USB.
