The Trellix documentation contains references to multiple software and hardware products. We're working to rebrand most of our product lines. But, certain End-of-Sale (EOS) products are under the support period threshold for this process and won't be rebranded. Several of our guides have references to these products alongside the rebranded products. So, you might see mixed branding in the Trellix product documentation and products. The following NSP hardware products have reached EOS:
The Trellix product documentation (Product Guide, Installation Guide, Hardware Guides, Release Notes, and other documents) will continue to refer to these hardware models with the McAfee name until they reach EOL. Other models that are upgraded with the rebranding changes will be referred to using the Trellix name. The following software products have reached EOS:
This situation doesn't impact the features or functions of the products in any manner. The Trellix product documentation (Product Guide, Installation Guide, Hardware Guides, Release Notes, and other documents) will continue to refer to these products with the McAfee name. Other models that are upgraded with the rebranding changes will use the Trellix name. The following software products have reached EOL:
