You can disable HTTPv2 support on your Proxy:
- Open the SWG manager.
- Perform either of the following:
- Select an existing top-level Rule Set
- Create a new Top-Level Rule Set
- Add a new Rule to the Rule set:
- Click the Add Rule button.
- Enter the Name.
- Set Rule Criteria to Always.
- Leave Action as Continue.
- Add a new event:
- Click Events, click Add, and then choose Event.
- From the Event List, select the Enable Proxy Control event.
- Create and configure a new Proxy control event:
- Locate the Proxy Control event and click Add.
- Under the HTTP2 section, select Override HTTP2 Support
- For support HTTP2, select No.
- Enter the Name.
- Click OK (this window closes and the new event is listed under Events).
- In the Add Event window, click OK.
- Click Finish.
The add Rule window closes and the rule is listed.
- Click Save Changes.
You can also import the attached rule set
Disable HTTP2.xml:
- Download the attached rule set file Disable HTTP2.xml.
- Select Policy, Rule Sets.
- Click Add, Top-Level Rule set, Import rule set from Rule Set Library.
- Click Import from file, Browse, and choose the file Disable HTTP2.xml and Open.
- Click OK. The new rule set Disable HTTP2 is now added to the bottom of your rule sets.
- Move the new rule to the top of the rule set tree.
- Click Save Changes.
