Environment

Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Endpoint for MVISION ePolicy Orchestrator (MVISION ePO)

MVISION DLP 11.6.x, 11.5.x

Problem 1

An error appears when configuring the S3 bucket into MVISION ePO.

Path: DLP Settings, General tab, Enter S3 Bucket name, Register Bucket, Get Bucket Policy, Test connection.

Error: Failure (Access denied Error code MIN004).

Cause

A few security policies are created or added before configuring the S3 bucket. These security policies block the access.

Solution

Remove all custom policies that are created or added before configuring the S3 bucket.
