Trellix Intelligent Sandbox (IS) 5.0
Problem
When you install IS 5.0 using ISO, OVA, or VHD installation images, and you try to assign a cluster IP address to the device, the action fails and the cluster IP address isn't assigned to the running system. NOTE: If you upgrade from ATD 4.0 to IS 5.0, you don't see this issue. System Change

IMPORTANT: Several problems were found in the series of patches that were published in an earlier version of this article. If you've already installed any one of the old and affected patches, download the latest one from this article, and install the new one to overwrite the old one.
