Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Monitor 11.x

Summary

When a new policy is applied to an NDLP appliance, the changes aren't being made. NDLP appliances still enforce the old policies.

Problem

When a policy is being applied to an NDLP appliance, the following message is observed in the file /var/log/ame_policy.log:

ERROR: AME policy cannot be JSON parsed: garbage after JSON object, at character offset 1645 (before " : "DLP Policy",\n ...") at /opt/NETAwss/lib/perl/MFE/Policy/Alerts.pm line 148.
Process 2011 exiting with error code 1 - An error occurred while running /opt/NETAwss/ame/policy/config-updater.pl

Also, the following message is observed in /var/log/messages:

AME_POLICY: policypush: Failed to apply 'DLPPS___1000' policy (An error occurred while running /opt/NETAwss/ame/policy/config-updater.pl)
policypush: Failed to apply 'DLPPS___1000' policy ()
src/PolicyHandler.cpp:293 mca.Error "/opt/NETAwss/bin/surun /opt/NETAwss/ame/policy/amepolicypush": Exited with 255.
