Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Monitor 11.6.x DLP Prevent 11.6.x ProblemThe DLP Prevent and Monitor 11.6 release introduced MVISION ePO support. A change has been implemented as a part of this release. The change moves resolution of Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) domains to LDAP servers, and from ePO extension to the back-end Network DLP (NDLP) appliance.
Solution
After you upgrade from DLP Prevent and Monitor 11.4 to 11.6 or 11.8, deselect and then reselect all LDAP servers from Users and Groups policies. The new LDAP configuration is then pushed to DLP Prevent and Monitor appliances. Use the following steps to migrate the LDAP server settings to DLP Prevent and Monitor 11.6 or 11.8:
