The MVISION Mobile dashboard, Devices page information isn’t as up to date as the MVISION Mobile, Configuration, Devices page. For example, the Last seen column shows an old date on the MVISION Mobile dashboard, Devices page compared to the MVISION Mobile, Configuration, Devices page. The issue occurs due to the content update through the server task with Actions set to: Mobile Device Pull task. If the task runs hourly/daily, it ends up in a loop and creates overlap with the previous task running. The task shows as waiting because the previous task is in a loop in the back-end. The log shows the following error: Solution
To clear the loop of the MVISION Mobile task in a waiting state, run another server task for MVISION Mobile as described below.
