部署后的代理通信失败（缺少 AGENTGUID）

问题

尽管代理安装成功，但AGENTGUID 缺少。丢失的 GUID 会造成代理与服务器之间的通信失败。

原因

创建 McAfee Agent 包时没有所需的ASCI 2048 密钥。以下文件为零字节（0 KB）：

req2048seckey.bin
req2048pubkey.bin

Framepkg.exe，由安装文件夹的一系列可用文件McAfee Agent创建。安装文件夹包含零字节文件。

运行安装包时，零字节文件会导致安装程序跳过写入AGENTGUID 字符串到注册表。

要验证您出现该问题，请执行以下简单测试：

打开 McAfee Agent 监视器。
点击代理设置.

如果AGENTGUID为空白，则确认 bin 文件为零字节。

解决方案

步骤 1 -创建新密钥：

登录到 ePO 控制台
导航至配置、服务器设置。
选择安全密钥，然后单击编辑。
下代理与服务器安全通信密钥点击新建密钥。
键入密钥的名称：
选择选项：
- 2048
- 将该密钥作为主要密钥
保存更改。

步骤 2- 替换安装包：

导航至软件，主存储库.
从各个分支中删除现有 McAfee Agent 包。
签入新包。

步骤 3- 验证（.bin）文件不是零字节：

在设备ePO 服务器，打开文件浏览器并导航至 ePO 安装文件夹。 The default path is:

C:\Program Files (x86)\McAfee\ePolicy Orchestrator\DB\Software\Current\EPOAGENT3000\Install\0409
请分别验证下面列出的两个密钥在 2 KB 和 1 KB 内：

req2048seckey.bin
sr2048pubkey.bin
复制framepkg.exe文件，文件来自0409文件夹，并使用该文件夹成功在客户端安装 McAfee 代理。
