問題

エージェントのインストールは成功しましたが、AGENTGUID がありません。 GUID がない場合、エージェントからサーバーへの通信が失敗します。

原因

McAfee Agent パッケージは、必要な ASCI 2048 キーなしで作成されます。以下のファイルはゼロバイト (0 KB) です。

req2048seckey.bin
req2048pubkey.bin

Framepkg.exe は、McAfee Agent のインストールフォルダにある一連のファイルから作成されます。インストールフォルダには、ゼロバイトのファイルが含まれています。

インストールパッケージを実行するとき、ゼロバイトファイルにより、インストーラは AGENTGUID 文字列のレジストリへの書き込みをスキップします。

問題があることを確認するには、以下の簡単なテストを実行します。

McAfee Agent モニターを開きます。
エージェント設定 をクリックします。

AGENTGUID が空白の場合は、bin ファイルがゼロバイトであることを確認しています。

解決策

手順 1 - 新しいキーを作成します。

ePO コンソールにログオンします。
設定、サーバー設定 に移動します。
セキュリティキー を選択し、編集をクリックします。
エージェント - サーバーのセキュリティで保護された通信キー で、 新しいキー をクリックします。
キーの名前を入力します。
オプションを選択します。
- 2048
- このキーをプライマリに設定する
変更を保存します。

手順 2 - インストールパッケージを置き換えます。

ソフトウェア、マスターリポジトリ に移動します。
それぞれのブランチから既存の Mcafee Agent パッケージを削除します。
新しいパッケージをチェックインします。

手順 3 - (.bin) ファイルがゼロバイトではないことを確認します。

ePO サーバーで、ファイルブラウザーを開き、ePO インストールフォルダーに移動します。デフォルトのパスは次のとおりです。

C:\Program Files (x86)\McAfee\ePolicy Orchestrator\DB\Software\Current\EPOAGENT3000\Install\0409
以下にリストされている 2 つのキーがそれぞれ 2KB と 1KB にあることを確認します。

req2048seckey.bin
sr2048pubkey.bin
framepkg.exe ファイルを 0409 フォルダーからコピーし、それを使用して McAfee Agent をクライアントに正常にインストールします。
