How to apply pending changes to Data Loss Prevention policy

Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Endpoint 11.x

Summary

You see Pending Changes in the DLP policy page when you do one of the following:

Create or edit Classifications or Definitions
Modify Rules or Rulesets that are associated with the DLP policy

The pending changes must be applied so that the changes are applied to the policy.

To apply the pending changes to the DLP policy, perform the following steps:

Log on to ePO console.
Go to Menu, Policy Catalog, Data Loss Prevention, DLP Policy. Click Edit next to the DLP policy. View the upper-right corner of the policy page for the message Pending Changes: Yes.
If you see Pending Changes: Yes, click Apply Policy at the bottom of the page and click OK.

The Revision ID for the DLP policy is updated.
