Advanced Threat Defense (ATD) 4.8.x NOTE: ATD has been rebranded Trellix Intelligent Sandbox (IS). But, as this article only refers to a version that's not rebranded, ATD is used as the product name. Problem
After you update ATD from 4.8.0 to 4.8.2, some scan results aren't visible in the ATD interface. When you navigate to Analysis, Analysis Reports, and select reports for last x Minutes, x Hours, or x Days, the Analysis reports don't show any results. Cause
After being upgraded to version 4.8.0, ATD converts the timezone of all database records. This process must complete before you upgrade to version 4.8.2.
SolutionIf you haven't upgraded:
Don't perform back-to-back upgrades from version 4.8.0 to 4.8.2. Upgrade to version 4.8.0, allow the database to migrate, and then perform the upgrade to version 4.8.2.NOTE: The migration can take up to 24 hours; Technical Support recommends that you leave a period of two days between upgrades to allow for these post upgrade processes to complete.
