Problem
The Reported Date reflected in the ePO System Tree displays either no value or an unexpected date. The Cause
The Reported Date value is populated from the product update and deployment event data. These events are only generated at the time of installation or update. The Reported Date value doesn't match the actual date of installation or update in the following scenarios:
Solution
Confirm that product events that track product update, installation success, and failure are enabled. Also, confirm that the managed endpoints can receive and be parsed successfully into the SQL database:
