ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) 5.10.0 Updates 1–6
ProblemThe ePO console becomes unresponsive when you import a list of server tasks that contains at least one Export Queries type task.
You must restart the ePO Application Server service to regain access to the console.
Cause
The transporter framework used to marshal the queries can lead to a SQL database deadlock condition.
SolutionThis issue is resolved in ePolicy Orchestrator 5.10.0 Update 7, which is available from the Product Downloads site.
