Problem
When you install or upgrade your Manager to version 10.x and later, the Manager starts but then stops a short time later. When you view the Windows Application Log, you see an error listed for the Source You see the following error in the java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: C:\Program Files\McAfee\Network Security Manager\App\bin\ts-jni.dll: The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect.
