Skyhigh Web Gateway (SWG) SWG (Cloud) Problem
When you push your local SWG configuration to the cloud part of your Hybrid Setup, you see inconsistent behavior and scanning results for the same user depending on whether the local SWG appliance or SWG (Cloud) handles the traffic.
Cause
The configuration you've pushed over contains time-related rules. These time-based rule sets use the DateTime.Time.Hour criteria based on the assigned local system time zone. There's no feature to synchronize the time zone of the rules imported from your local SWG time to the cloud servers. The imported rules use different time zone settings, which cause different behavior and scanning results for the same user. You must set the correct time zone in the SWG policy and apply this setting through rule synchronization. Solution
This solution overwrites the local system time zone of the local SWG. To assign a Custom Time Zone via policy, create a rule in front of an existing time-based rule set:
