The SWG Dashboard displays one or more of the following alerts: Remaining voltage of the battery is low Solution
These warnings can usually be safely ignored. The battery is undergoing periodic, automatic, learn cycles. During these cycles, the battery is fully discharged and charged. Then, the new capacity is determined. Depending on the age of the battery, these learn cycles are executed in shorter intervals and the battery capacity is reduced. IMPORTANT: If you see these alerts displayed permanently, or you see the following alert, open a service request: To contact Technical Support, go to the Create a Service Request page and log on to the ServicePortal.
