McAfee Agent (MA) 5.x
ProblemWhen you try to remotely view the MA logs from the ePO console, the webpage loads, but does not display any information.
You are unable to select anything because products and log files are not listed.
Cause
This issue occurs when Task descriptions in the log files contain unescaped characters. A user has created a task that contains a backslash (\) character in the task name. And, the HTTP engine incorrectly interprets it, which causes a syntax error. Solution
Remove the invalid character:
