SummaryTo allow Technical Support remote access to your appliance, you must configure the McAfee-Maintained Subscribed List to allow remote support assistance through the enabled SSL scanner.
You must bypass this SSL Scanner because SWG inspects HTTP or HTTPS-based traffic. Some applications use the SSL protocol to encrypt proprietary protocol traffic. When the SSL scanner is enabled, the SWG decrypts this traffic and verifies its content. For non-HTTP traffic, SWG resets the connection as an unsupported protocol.
