Summary
All SWG WBG-5000 and WBG-5500 model appliances have remote access cards. If the setup fails or you lose the logon credentials, you must perform a factory reset. To reset the Remote Management Module (RMM), perform the steps listed in this article. NOTE: This procedure doesn't necessarily require physical access to the appliance. You can either connect a console to the appliance or connect to the command-line using Secure Shell (SSH). This procedure doesn't have any impact on filtering web traffic. Solution
