The Screen Capture Protection rule doesn't work when you open multiple tabs in a browser, if the following conditions are configured in the rule: and Application visible on screen: and Source URL: and Application visible on screen: and Source URL: Cause
Protection rules that allow URL-based definitions, such as clipboard, printing, and screenshot, are designed to trigger for each open browser tab or window. A trigger occurs regardless of whether the browser tab or window is the active tab or window. When you run multiple browser tabs or windows, one of them can have the protection rules enforced on it while the others don't.
Solution
This behavior is considered normal and DLP Endpoint is operating as intended.
