Microsoft DirectAccess

Summary

We successfully tested the ENS 10.7.x and 10.6.x software with Microsoft DirectAccess.

ENS Firewall adheres to the guidance provided in this Microsoft documentation. An excerpt is below:

"Because Microsoft DirectAccess relies on Internet Protocol security (IPsec), Authenticated Internet Protocol (AuthIP), and Windows Firewall connection security rules, Microsoft recommends that you don't disable the Windows Firewall service when using a third-party host firewall. When Windows Firewall is enabled, DirectAccess clients can use the built-in IPsec functionality and Windows Firewall connection security rules to protect DirectAccess connections and traffic."

NOTE: All ENS drivers have passed the Windows Logo testing and are Windows Hardware Quality Labs signed.
