Problem
You enter extended characters in the Block message and Warn message fields in an ENS Web Control Enforcement Messaging policy. When you save the policy, the extended characters are converted to plain text.
Solution
This behavior is as designed. Extended characters aren't supported in the Block message and Warn message fields. To submit a new product idea, go to the Enterprise Customer Product Ideas page.
