ProblemYou're using the Composite Opener in your SWG rule set to extract and scan archive content. After the scan is complete and the file is released for client download, you see a difference in the file size and MD5 checksum for the file. The file size and checksum vary depending the web browser used to download the file.
CauseThe recompression process might use different compression parameters and cause a difference in the file size and MD5 checksum for the file.
SolutionTo obtain the same file size and MD5 checksum in all web browsers you use, change the configuration as follows:
