Endpoint Security Web Control 10.x ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) 5.x ePO-SaaS ProblemBlocked site events aren’t generated. When you run the ePO query Endpoint Security: Web Control Block and Allow lists, under Queries & Reports, it returns a blank report.
CauseThe blocked site events never reach ePO. By default, the Endpoint Security Common policy is configured to log only Critical and Major events. If an event has a severity of Informational, it isn’t logged.
SolutionTo send all events to ePO, modify the Endpoint Security Common policy:
