Last Modified: 2023-05-15 05:44:31 Etc/GMT EnvironmentData Exchange Layer (DXL) - all supported versions
ProblemThe DXL Fabric page in ePO is blank if the Internet Explorer Enterprise Mode setting is enabled, even though DXL Brokers are configured.
CauseEnterprise Mode is a compatibility mode in Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 8.1 Update and Windows 7 devices. It allows websites to render using a modified browser configuration designed to emulate either Internet Explorer 7 or 8. This avoids the common compatibility problems associated with web apps written and tested on older versions of Internet Explorer.
The DXL Fabric page in ePO must not be accessed in compatibility mode. Solution
Disable Internet Explorer Enterprise Mode when accessing the DXL Fabric page in ePO, or use another ePO-supported browser. See KB51569 - Supported platforms for ePolicy Orchestrator for more information about supported browsers. To learn about enabling or disabling Enterprise Mode, locally or using a Group Policy, see this Microsoft article.
