Summary
This article describes the agent policy setting This setting prevents connections to an agent, that does not originate from an Agent Handler listed in the agent's assigned list. By default ePO is the primary Agent Handler for an agent. Other Agent Handlers are automatically added to the default Agent Handler assignment list. IMPORTANT: If an Agent Handler assignment does not include all registered Agent Handlers, the agent does not accept connections from any Agent Handlers that have been excluded. Solution 1
