You can disable the ENSM Threat Prevention and Firewall features from the command line during installation:
NOTE: Policies are enforced based on the policy that is assigned to that system during the next policy enforcement interval. If the Threat Prevention or Firewall policies are configured to enable, they are enabled after the first policy enforcement.
