ePO can successfully push the RSD sensor to a client system from ePO or after completing a local installation.
Then, the sensor successfully
reports the following to ePO:
- Extensions are up to date
- Agent Monitor status showing as Enforcing RSD_4700
But, the RSD policy is
not enforcing from ePO for the sensor. If you select the system from the System Tree, click products, and double-click the sensor, it shows the following status:
STATUS: STOPPED
The
RSDPP.log contains the following errors:
RSDPP.Agent.MA48.LPCOrchestrator: [Error] Failed to start LPC services. Error: Requested service is not available
RSDPP.IPolicyEnforcement: [Information] Enforce Policy for RSD_____4700
RSDPP.Control.ControlSubsystem: [Error] Cannot apply policy - waiting for database to be ready
When you encounter this issue on the RSD sensor system, the
Balash process is missing from the
Task Manager,
Process tab.
