Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Workload Security (CWS) 5.x Problem
You see the following issues when a new system that Cloud Workload for AWS discovers is managed with McAfee Agent (MA):
MA-managed systems present before an AWS sync are not reported in their appropriate AWS hierarchy in ePO. NOTE: The already managed systems do report the correct data in the Public Cloud Dashboards. They're updated in the system properties when any successful changes occur and after a successful sync. Cause
According to the design:
Solution 1
A subsequent sync reconciles the managed system in the System Tree AWS hierarchy to the correct Availability Zone. Appropriate data also displays in the public cloud dashboard. NOTE: Cloud Workload for AWS doesn't change a managed system entry that was first added after an MA installation. Solution 2
