Cloud Workload Security (CWS) 5.x for Problem
Some Virtual Machines (VMs) in ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) are incorrectly reported as having an anti-malware protection status of Off.
Cause
The SVA and ePO time zones aren't synchronized. So, the events are rejected and the database isn't updated.
Solution
This behavior is expected with the current versions. For details about how to set the time in SVA, see the "Configuring the SVA" section in the MOVE Agentless Product Guide for your product version. For product documents, go to the Product Documentation portal.
