Trellix ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) 5.x Problem
Agents fail to update from Distributed Repositories (UNC or HTTP). The following error displays while running an update task on a client computer: System ChangeYou created a UNC or HTTP Distributed Repository on ePO Server A, and mapped to software folder on ePO server B (.
You assigned a Distributed Repository to computers managed by ePO server A. CauseePO servers have a unique Local Master Repository key to sign packages when they are added to the Master Repository.
Because agents managed by ePO server A do not have the Master Repository Public key for ePO server B, they fail to update. SolutionImport the Local Master Repository key from ePO server B into ePO server A:
