McAfee Agent incorrectly reports operating system Disk Space

Environment

McAfee Agent (MA) 5.x

Problem

Systems running McAfee Agent 5.x report the following inaccurately in ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) properties:

Free System Drive Space
Total disk space
Used disk space

Solution

The behavior is expected. Only when the hard-disk space changes increase or decrease by 500 MB, are the changes reported to ePO. This design avoids the need to frequently update the database, when the free disk space value changes frequently.
