Problem
Installation of an ePO update fails. The The Calculating the DataSource for your SQL Server. UDP port is enabled so using standard DataSource convention. During the ePO update installation or upgrade, you added an instance name. The instance name is similar to the following in the Database Server field on the Database Information page: During the installation of SQL Server, you selected the Default option for Instance Configuration. But, if you select the Default option, do not add the instance name during ePO installation or upgrade. Solution
Remove the instance name from the Database Server field on the Database Information page. Leave only the server name:
