Solution 1If the file exists but isn't registered, re-register
Solution 2Re-register all Framework and Windows DLL files:
This issue can usually be resolved by registering the DLL files again in the McAfee Common Framework folder and the DLLs in the Windows
Solution 3
If either of the previous solutions fail to resolve this issue, or if the Common Framework folder is either missing or empty, remove VSE and MA and reinstall. A missing or empty Common Framework folder indicates a failed upgrade.
